- I agree that safeguarding is everyone’s responsibility, and I understand that it is my duty to report any allegations or concerns I may have about children, young people, and adults. I know what action to take if any kind of abuse is suspected or disclosed.
- I agree to comply with all Thrive’s policies and procedures, including the Safeguarding policy, Data Protection policy, Confidentiality policy, and Health & Safety policy.
- I agree to abide by all the responsibilities and expectations of my volunteer role.
- I intend to volunteer at Thrive consistently for a period of two years.
