Your wellbeing is our priority.
Let’s explore how we might pursue that together!
.
If you’re a woman seeking asylum or with refugee status in Leicester, you’re very welcome to join in with our Wednesday afternoon ladies’ group, English conversation practice, the Saturday volleyball group, and other opportunities – we can keep you informed about free local events and trips if you’d like. Get in touch to join in.
If you have practical needs or want some help with your mental health or wellbeing, we can explore together what other things you might be able to access, or how we might be able to support you. We can visit you and do a needs assessment: we’ll listen to what you’re experiencing and what you need, and we’ll see what support is available across the city.
We can also signpost you to other places where you can hopefully access what you need – and if there are particular things we can help with personally, we will. You can also browse this list of other support services available across the city.
Beyond practical needs, we’d love to support you to grow and develop in other areas of your life. If you’d like, we can put together a bespoke support programme, tailored to your specific hopes, dreams and goals. And if there is an area of the Thrive vision that sparks your interest, let’s chat about it!
